You can return the products purchased from us, i.e., withdraw from the contract, within 14 days from the moment of receiving the order.

You return the products at your own expense. You can do this by any courier company or post. We do not accept cash-on-delivery packages.

Pack all returned products into one package. It is best to return them in the packaging in which they were sent to you. If you do not have the possibility to use the original packaging, you can use any cardboard box. Take care to properly secure the products so that they do not move during transport. Fill free spaces with any material – preferably paper, cardboard, or bubble wrap.

If you are returning plants, make sure that the pots are properly secured against spilled soil, plants do not have the possibility to move in any direction, and the bottom of the carton is lined with foil or another waterproof material.

If you are returning products in the original carton, remove the old transport label from it. Place the return number, which you will receive after creating the request, in a visible place on the package.

We process refunds immediately, usually within 3-5 business days from the moment the returned products are delivered to us. We make the refund in the same way the payment was made. If the payment was "cash on delivery", we will ask you in the form to provide an account number for the refund.
